General information

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail indicating your order
tracking number and a link to the courier's website. With this service you can track your
order at any time.At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your
purchased item(s) passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for
example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is
accountable for the package. If the parcel bears any sign of damage upon delivery,
please contact our customer care directly.Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post
office boxes.

In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. We process and
ship orders during our regular service hours (Monday-Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
CET, except public holidays). We aim to ship your order within one day after receiving
your payment.

If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card
informing you how to rearrange your delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once
items have been dispatched.

PO Box addresses are accepted on the condition that the contact name and contact
phone number have been provided so the courier is able to contact you in the event of
not being able to deliver the package.
PO Boxes are excluded from UPS shipping guarantee and therefore neither UPS or
(BRAND) can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses.
Please be aware that delays may occur when sending orders to PO Box addresses.

For United Arab Emirates
Deliveries sent to PO boxes within the UAE must include a full residential or business
address within the for the consignee in addition to a contact telephone number.

All other countries
Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to
deliver to PO Boxes

Track your order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the courier. To track your order at any time, simply click the link.

The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver your order for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with contact details. Undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse.

In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered in a pick-up point, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has arrived there. You have 10 days to pick up your parcel, after that period your parcel will return to our warehouse.

OUR PROMISE


We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund request.

OUR SERVICE


1. Returns in EU

When filling in the online return form, you can choose to have your parcel picked up by our carrier partner. Simply complete your address and select the date that is convenient for you. Per ordered item you can indicate whether you want to keep it, exchange it for another size or color, or send it back to be refunded.

When choosing for a pick-up, it is possible to either select a standard refund onto the account you have paid with or to select a refund in the form of a voucher:

Standard refund: within 15 days after receiving your returned goods, the refund takes place on the account that you have initially paid your order with.

As soon as we have received your return request, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your return request and the return authorization number that must be written on your parcel. After handling your return, the exchange will be shipped or the refund will be processed. We will notify you by sending a shipping confirmation that contains the new tracking number or a refund confirmation that the refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, we will inform you by email and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.


2. Returns Outside EU

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and all we ask is that items are returned clean and have all their tags on.

How to return or exchange
  • Pack the items in its original packaging with original tags.

  • Send an e-mail to contact@capara-antwerp.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

  • We will keep you updated by email throughout the process.

  • Hand the parcel in at the post office, remembering to get a receipt as proof of postage. We will let you know when we receive and approve your return. Then we’ll confirm and send the item you would like in exchange or issue a refund by the same payment method as your order.


Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery shipping charges selected. Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred on delivery and recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. Please note that returns can take up to 21 days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.

OUR CONDITIONS


We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:
  • The return is requested within 15 days after delivery of the order.

  • The online return form is filled out correctly and approved. Only registered and authorized returns can be handled. There can only be one return authorization number per order.

3. Right to return your order

You have the right to request an exchange/return for item(s) that you have bought within 15 calendar days. This period begins the day of ordering the item(s). Return requests will not be accepted after this period.

Returning your items by using our free pick-up service

When filling in the online return form, you can choose to have your parcel picked-up by our carrier partner. Simply complete your address and select the date that is convenient for you. Per ordered item you can indicate whether you want to keep it, exchange it for another size or colour, or send it back to be refunded.

When choosing for a pick-up, it is possible to either select a standard refund onto the account you have paid with or to select a refund in the form of a voucher:

• Refund with a voucher: you immediately receive a voucher worth the amount of the returned goods. With this voucher you can place a new order. This voucher is valid for 6 months and is linked to your email address. Please note, the new order placed with this voucher will be sent once we have processed your return in our warehouse.

As soon as we have received your return request, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your return request and the return authorization number that must be written on your parcel. After handling your return, the exchange will be shipped or the refund will be processed. We will notify you by sending a shipping confirmation that contains the new tracking number or a refund confirmation that the refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, we will inform you by email and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.

Return via a drop-off point

When filling in the online form, you can choose to return your items via a drop-off point. You can select a preferred pick up point from the list and select the items you wish to return.

As soon as we have received your return request, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the details of your return request and the return authorization number that must be written on your parcel. You may then hand in your parcel in a drop-off point of your choice. You will then receive a double of the label with a tracking code. Please keep this label until your parcel has been delivered at our warehouse. With this tracking code you can track your order online on the website of the delivery company. Be aware that since the parcel is scanned in different storage units, it is possible that the return takes up some more time.

Once we have received and processed your package, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving your returned items. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, we will inform you by email and automatically refund the items that cannot be delivered.

Please note:

If we cannot process your exchange or refund because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified by our customer service team. Returns that were not accepted can be re-sent to you after depositing an €18 shipping and handling fee within 10 days. In case you don't want to receive your items back, we are obliged to cancel them.

In the exceptional case that your package is lost during shipping or return, you will always be refunded with a voucher. It is not possible to refund this amount in cash.

Important general remarks

Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. You will find additional useful information for returning products in the returns section of the Customer Care pages. If you do not find the information you are looking for, please contact our customer care team by clicking here.

This paragraph does not restrict, in any way, the warranty that you have under Belgian law if your product is faulty. However, we do request that you notify us within two months if a product is faulty. After this period, complaints will not be accepted.

Each party shall have the right to cancel a sale in case of a material breach by the other party of these terms and conditions. This means for example that we can cancel a sale if you are not a consumer or if your payment is, or appears to be, fraudulent.

4. Product information

We have made every effort to make sure colours and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and colour quality may vary depending on your screen and that we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all characteristics of the actual product.

You will find a product description (colour, size, type of product, etc.) and digital photographs with each product. All prices include VAT for European countries but exclude delivery costs. Prices may change. Please check the applicable price advertised at the time you place an order.

In case of any faulty item with your order, please contact our customer care within the week of your delivery so the warehouse is informed.

5. Orders

CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM only sells its products to consumers. This means that if you are an individual who intends to buy a product not for personal use but, for example, for resale or if you are a company, you cannot place an order and we will not sell you our products. A binding sale between you as consumer and CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM as seller, governed by these terms and conditions, is concluded when you place an order on this website. Your order shall be deemed placed when you completed the final step of the order process.

By submitting an order, you explicitly agree to be irrevocably bound by these terms and conditions, including all policies and subsections such as the Privacy Policy and return sections.

In the unlikely event that a product that you ordered is not available, we will inform you promptly and propose an alternative solution (for example: later delivery, exchange, refund) without any cost to you.

Online Heroes reserves the right to adapt or to cancel an order in case prices or discounts were not displayed correctly on the website or in case they were not stated correctly in the invoice.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and per e-mail when your payment has been made.

By paying the order, you authorise Ingenico - Ogone (OGONE BVBA, Woluwedal 102, B-1200 Brussel, Belgium) to store your financial details in a secure way, so you will not have to enter them again for future orders on CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM.

In case of a refund, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the product(s). We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.

1. We aim to prepare your order within one working day after receiving your payment. It takes 2-3 working days before we deliver your order to the delivery address that you provided (excluding weekends and bank holidays in Belgium and your country of residence).

9. Vouchers

Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed against items on WWW.CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM.
  • Vouchers are nontransferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • If the order amount exceeds the gift voucher amount, please select the payment method with which you wish to cover the amount remaining.
  • If the gift voucher amount exceeds the order amount, you may use the same code for your next purchase. The amount remaining shall be available until your credit balance has been used up completely or the expiry date of the voucher.
  • For returns that were purchased by gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be issued.
  • Gift vouchers will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken. Upon demand of the sender, a copy can be sent as confirmation of dispatch.
  • CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM is not liable for delivery of a Gift voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM is not responsible if a Gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM reserves the right to cancel a Gift voucher if we deem such action necessary.
  • Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a Gift voucher.

10. Right to revoke your order

11. Copy of contract

Online Heroes keeps an electronic copy of your order for as long as is required by law. If you wish to have a hard copy of your order, you can print the "order confirmation" that will appear on your screen once you have submitted your order and your payment has been processed. 12. Applicable laws - Jurisdiction

This agreement between you and Online Heroes is governed exclusively by the laws of Belgium.
The Courts of Antwerp, Belgium and, if you are a citizen of the European Union, the courts of your place of residence will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

How can I make a purchase?

Shopping at CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM is easy.
For each item you wish to buy, select your size and click the ‘Add to bag’ button. When you are finished shopping, you can review the item(s) in your shopping bag by selecting ‘My Shopping bag’ at the top of the page. If you change your mind about an item, you can delete it from your shopping bag by selecting ‘Remove’. Click on ‘Proceed purchase’ to complete your order.

How do I know what is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘coming soon’ or 'sold out' is displayed. Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Where/how can I find my size?

CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM uses an international sizing guide to convert the sizes of other countries into our own. Is it safe to use my credit card?

We ensure shopping at CAPARA-ANTWERP.COM is as secure as shopping in store.

We use a 128-bit SSL encrypted secure internet connection to protect your payment when you order in our online flagship store. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Where can I have my order delivered?

We can deliver your order to any home or work address as well as pick-up points in one of the above countries.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

Can I change my shipping address?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How soon can I get my order? How much will it cost?

We aim to ship your order within one day after receiving your payment. It takes 2-3 working days to deliver your order (excluding Belgian bank holidays).

We are able to deliver to the EU countries listed above with a shipping fee of €4.20 in a Mondial Relay point or €6.50 for deliveries with GLS. All orders will be delivered by our courier partner, from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Can one order be delivered to multiple addresses?

You can only deliver to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How will I know if you received my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, our customer care team will contact you and will refund you the difference.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the courier. To track your order visit the link and enter the tracking number. With this service you can track your order at any time.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. For other questions concerning this matter please contact our customer care team by clicking here.

Do I need to sign for my order?

We require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Once this occurs, responsibility for your purchased item(s) passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

At CAPARA we believe that every purchase is a gift, to yourself or for someone else. That is why all our orders are always packed with attention to detail.
Your items will be delivered in a personalized screenprinted fabric bag and packed in a customized CAPARA box. The total order will be sent in a non-branded mailing bag.

How can I request a return?

In our exchanges & returns section you can complete the online return form by filling in your order number and your e-mail address, selecting the return method and indicating the items you want to return.

How can I send the items back?

When filling in the online return form, you can choose to have the items picked-up by our carrier partner or you can indicate that you prefer to return via a drop-off point. When the online return form is filled out correctly, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your return authorization number that must be written on your parcel. Pack the items in the original box and close it properly. Items must be returned within 10 days after filling in the online return form.

When do you ship my new exchanged items?

As soon as we have received your return, it takes 2-3 working days to deliver your new items. In the unlikely event that the new items would not be available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will be refunded automatically.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds will be processed within 15 days after receiving your returned items.

Will the full amount of my order be refunded?

We will refund the total value of the returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How am I refunded for my return if I redeem a voucher?

Vouchers can never be exchanged for money.

Orders that were (partly) paid for with a voucher, will first be compensated in the form of a new voucher. If any excess remains, the remaining amount will be refunded.

Is my personal information kept private?

We will only provide third parties the information which they strictly need to carry out their jobs. They will only be allowed to use your information for the performance of the sales agreement between you and us and they will not have the right to use it for any other purposes, unless you have given your express consent.

In order to process your order and deliver your purchases, we may pass relevant personal data to the couriers, storage facilities, banks and credit card service providers that we use, as well as to the CAPARA brand owner. For example, in addition to your name, address and e-mail address, our courier will be given your telephone number in case he needs to update you on the delivery date or time of your order.

In case of fraud prevention verifications, we may transfer your information not only to the banks and credit card service providers but also to the official authorities. At all times where we disclose your information for the purposes of fraud prevention, it will remain secure.

We will store personal data no longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We only process but do not store your credit card information.
We will never sell your details to a third party for marketing purposes.
